Beautiful box - custom charges

The box is beautiful and as described! Custom charges not so much (to UK). Besides having to pay an additional £18, I had to make sure I intercepted the charge notice from the mailbox before my girlfriend checked the mail. And it delayed the arrival when it was held in customs. The seller should be able to pay this import fees ahead of time and include it for the buyers. Extra unneeded stress.

The customer service and speed of shipment was A++, so happy with this company. My ring cut did end up being too long for this box so I had to drill a small hole through each side to allow it to close all the way, so a slightly wider option would be nice.

The box is well made & very aesthetic, the option to do a small engraving is also a pleasant touch. Being so slim it hides away in your pockets without raising any alarms on the day. Worked a charm!
